REPORT ON TITLE
Fast, accurate reporting for conveyancing.
A questionnaire builds each report from solicitor-written content, so nothing is missed and nothing irrelevant is included. Every report follows the same standard, whoever in your firm writes it.
THE PROBLEM
Copy and paste is a compliance risk
Many firms still build a Report on Title by copying from an old one. The firm ends up with hundreds of slightly different versions, details get missed, and content from one matter turns up in another where it does not belong.

ANSWER
Answer the questions and the report writes itself
Choose the report type and work through a questionnaire that adapts to your answers. Nothing is missed that should be there, and nothing is included that should not be.

Report on Title
How do I get started?
Email your account manager or hello@casera.co.uk and we will set it up for your firm.
Who writes the content in the reports?
The precedent content is written and maintained by qualified, practising solicitors who review and update it regularly. You can also create and manage your own precedents to supplement or replace the standard library.
Can we use our firm’s own branding?
Yes. Set your preferred font, heading sizes, colours and page margins, and upload your firm’s logo. Every report is produced with your branding applied.
Do my staff need training?
It is designed to be intuitive, with help built into the product. Most users are productive quickly without formal training.
Who is responsible for what the report says?
Your firm. The questionnaire and precedents give you a consistent, solicitor-written starting point and you can edit any part of the report, but it remains your firm’s advice to its client.
