Nothing is missed that should be there, and nothing is included that should not be. The content behind the reports is written and maintained by qualified, practising solicitors who keep it current with changes in law and practice.

The tool covers Report on Title, Report on Sale, Report on Remortgage, Report on Contract, Report on Searches, Report on Mortgage, Report on Pre-Contract Enquiries, and Combined Reports. Once complete, reports are produced as a finished PDF with an automatically generated table of contents. E-signing is built in, so you can request client signatures directly from the platform without needing a separate signing tool.
